When choosing to 'colour in' your transfer, if using a chalk based paint top you paint with a clear sealer 1 - 2 coats, apply transfer then seal again then your ready to paint. By applying the sealing coats this ensures that you get the best adhesion and the best surface for your colouring. Once your finished colouring it is a good idea to seal this to ensure the holds well. I would always use our van Gogh Zombie Finish which is a flat finish and is great for these.
